Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in lead generation through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Support the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
  • Help maintain CRM databases and track customer interactions.
  • Assist in competitor analysis and develop strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Provide support in preparing reports and documentation for business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (last semester or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools(preferred).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
