Digital Community engagement Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and engaging our LinkedIn group, fostering a vibrant and collaborative online community. This position is responsible for monitoring group activity, approving member requests, and ensuring that content aligns with our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Group Management: Monitor and manage LinkedIn groups, ensuring they remain active and aligned with objectives.
  • Member Approval: Review and approve member requests according to predefined categories and guidelines.
  • Content Review: Approve articles and posts, ensuring they meet the group's standards.
  • Article Writing: Write or coordinate articles that are relevant to the group's focus.
  • Community Engagement: Encourage healthy conversations and interactions within the group.
  • Compliance & Moderation: Enforce group policies, moderate discussions, and ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align content with the company's objectives.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on group performance, engagement, and member demographics.

To Qualify You Will Need:

  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other social media groups.
