We are looking for a passionate and motivated Learning & Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in designing, organizing, and implementing training programs while supporting various L&D initiatives. The intern will assist in enhancing employee learning experiences and contribute to the professional growth of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Fresh graduate or last semester student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest or coursework in adult learning and training program management, international development, or organizational development a plus.
  • Ability to work on a team and independently on projects and tasks.
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic work environment.
  • Possesses a can-do spirit.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
